FRANCE

bonjour!
so it is my first full day here in FRANCE!!! the plane ride wasnt the best but wasnt the worst.. i sat next to rachel, and we both ended up crying because we were both watching somewhat sad movies. other than that we barely got any sleep on the plane, but i'm still very wide awake for some reason! then after the long bus ride (six hours of boredom pretty much) we finally made it to lyon! i was SOO SO SOOOO excited to see charlotte, who i'm staying with while i'm here. thennn we went back to her house, took a shower and had dinner. for dinner we ate pizza.. not very french, but still VERY different from american pizza. i had pizza with salmon and cheese (thats what was on the pizza) charlotte ate one with egg and ham...? i'm not quite sure, but again the pizza is very different in france then it is in america! after we went to a little french get together, the only americans there were me and estelle. we were both very entertained by the french boys there.. all of whom LOVED speaking english to us but werent the best at it..you cant really blame them though, they still tried!! hahah today is a free day and im not really sure what we'll be doing, but i'll try to keep you posted! oh and i jsut have to add that the french key board is also very different and is a little hard to type with!
